Sharon A. Warren, MBA

Sharon is a senior financial executive with over thirty years of business experience. Her expertise encompasses high technology, real estate, and aerospace. The positions have spanned public and private companies, from start-up and growth companies to workout or turnaround situations. Her responsibilities have included financial reporting, budgeting and planning, business development, and operational and administrative responsibilities. She is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance and administration with a proven track record of developing systems and strategies that improve profitability and manage growth. Ms. Warren is accustomed to profit and loss responsibility for small to large domestic and international organizations. She possesses expertise in several industries including manufacturing and services. Ms. Warren has demonstrated skills in leading and directing activities in finance, accounting and administration as well as human resources, management information systems, warehousing & distribution, facilities, importing/exporting and quality & regulatory control.

Prior to CFO Enterprise, LLC, Ms. Warren was President and CEO of Warren Creations, LLC where she played a key role in transforming the diversified company into a pure-play marketing company, overseeing strategic and day-to-day operation for this West Coast-based marketing company.

Ms. Warren had a 20-year career with The Boeing Company, where she provided the financial leadership for domestic and international engineering services businesses with combined sales approximating $1.5 billion. In the face of shrinking markets, she partnered with the general manager in business decisions, including plant closedowns and other downsizing activities. In addition, she provided strategic direction for management information systems. Prior to that, she performed all controllership functions for various lending and investing portfolios, including approximately $6 billion of highly-leveraged transactions, tax-oriented leases, and partnership and equity investments.

Sharon holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters Degree from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, Claremont University. Ms. Warren is an award winning photographer, with published works domestically and internationally.
