Lorna A. Nahil, MBA/ MFP

Lorna is one of the Managing Partners of CFO Enterprise, LLC. She has focused in the international arena for over 20 years, developing a keen awareness and understanding of the Asian and European markets. Her vast experience includes developing and directing financial functions for medium and large multinational companies based both in the United States and abroad, establishing financial models, turnarounds, restructuring corporate indebtedness and conducting mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Nahil also has extensive experience developing and managing critical relationships with international banking institutions, Big 5 accounting firms and investment bankers.

Lorna has established an extensive record with successful growth companies demonstrating perceptive and versatile business skills as a problem solver in supporting or leading operations to develop and achieve strategic aspirations under difficult conditions. Applying insight and technology with practical marshalling of resources, Lorna is a hands- on performer able to maintain a sense of balance between the demands of urgency and long term results. This experience spans a spectrum of industries, including technology, manufacturing and service organizations. Ms. Nahil uniquely combines a keen sense of strategic positioning with financial control and operational management.

Prior to founding CFO Enterprise, LLC, Ms. Nahil served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Warren Creations, LLC, an early stage Marketing and Internet Company. Ms. Nahil was also asked to serve as President of AgentDirectory.net, a wholly owned business entity of Warren Creations engaged in exclusively supporting the California real estate industry on the Internet. This division, under Ms. Nahil's leadership, began operations within 60 days of conception and exceeded initial sales projections by 30%.

From 1999 to 2001, Ms. Nahil was Vice President, CFO for Hospitality Marketing Concepts, a family-owned third party hospitality company with revenues of $70 million and over 50 operations in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Ms. Nahil was a key member of the executive management team that led the company through a challenging pre-IPO period and grew sales by over 60%. Upon joining HMC, Ms. Nahil led a restructuring of the company's accounting and IT functions and implemented controls and procedures that enabled the Company to successfully manage its growth and provided management with timely information and analysis required operating the business. She also assisted in the development and implementation of a cost reduction program relating the integration of seven acquisitions made by the company prior to her tenure. Ms. Nahil developed and successfully implemented a financing strategy that facilitated the company's growth plans, provided financing for acquisitions, reduced borrowing costs and increased overall flexibility.

Prior to this, Ms. Nahil was Vice President, Finance and CFO for MCP, Inc., a $15 million technology company. As a member of the firm's management committee, she provided analyses and participated in operational reviews, as well as presented critical strategic alternatives in board meetings with investment bankers and institutions. Under her direction, the company regained profitability, restructured its debt obligations resulting in a 60% annual cash flow savings, and expanded from 1 core business into 3 business units which resulted in an overall gross margin increase, productivity improvement and operating cost reduction.

As Vice President, Sales Operations for Ingram Micro, a 12 billion dollar public technology company Ms. Nahil was responsible for restructuring the company's global sales and marketing operations to prepare for its first public offering.

Prior to that, Ms. Nahil held General Manager and CFO positions for McDonnell Douglas Company in their commercial aircraft organization, during the company's major business restructuring and pre-acquisition period. During a very dynamic period in the Corporation's history preceding the transformation, she participated in restructuring the business portfolio to achieve financial stability while driving simultaneous changes in the external auditors, actuaries, accounting systems, and staffing.

Ms. Nahil began her career at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard),  outside of Boston, where, over a 14 year period she held a number of senior financial leadership positions, both domestic and international. Her responsibilities included leadership and reporting coordination with 32 subsidiary General Managers and Controllers, for manufacturing, distribution and filed service operations.

Ms. Nahil is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She obtained a Masters in International Finance with high honors, from Southern New Hampshire University and holds an Advance Degree in Management from Northeastern University, Boston. Additionally, Ms. Nahil obtained a MFP from the American Academy of Financial Management.
