Ms. Nahil is the Founder, President & CEO of CFO Enterprise, LLC, a North Carolina company providing Part-time and Interim CFO and Controller Services to emerging growth and mid-market companies. She is an MBA, with an extensive senior-management background in operations, finance and administration in the technology, service and manufacturing sectors. Her experience includes large and small, very rapid growth, public and private company international environments. She has expertise in the building of sound financial and accounting infrastructures, management information systems, banking relationships, cash management, and investment management, financial reporting, analysis and forecasting, budgeting, strengthening internal controls, planning and administration, and human resource management.

Doug has over 20 years experience in financial and operations management, covering a broad spectrum of industries and ownership structures. He is a hands-on financial manager with small growing companies, reporting directly to diverse owner groups in a wide range of industries.  Focusing on the fundamentals of aggressive cash management, sound management information and customer service, Doug has a proven track record of helping companies define and achieve their goals. From developing best practices in credit and collection to structuring and negotiating contracts, bank lines, leases and contracts Doug works with management, customers, vendors, partners and professionals to ensure that the company's sales and operations are well supported and its assets are protected. Doug has lead operations, finance and administrative functions. He is a business minded, hands-on executive with a collaborative leadership approach that effectively bridges the gap between the board room and field operations. Growing existing operations, developing budgets, strategic planning, integrating acquisitions, improving systems, implementing key metrics reporting systems and determining the efficacy of internal controls are areas where his cross-functional experience has accelerated progress and built value.

Sharon is a senior finance executive with over thirty five years of corporate experience. Her expertise encompasses high technology, real estate, and aerospace. The positions have spanned public and private companies, from start-up and growth companies to workout or turnaround situations. Her responsibilities have included financial reporting, budgeting and planning, business development, and operational and administrative responsibilities. She is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance and administration with a proven track record of developing systems and strategies that improve profitability and manage growth. Ms. Warren is accustomed to profit and loss responsibility for small to large domestic and international organizations. She possesses expertise in several industries including manufacturing and services. Ms. Warren has demonstrated skills in leading and directing activities in finance, accounting and administration as well as human resources, management information systems, warehousing & distribution, facilities, importing/exporting and quality & regulatory control.
