Ms Nahil establishing financial models,  Ms. Nahil has extensive experience in turnarounds, restructuring corporate indebtedness, mergers and acquisitions, and developing and managing critical relationships with international banking institutions, Big 5 accounting firms and investment bankers. She has focused in the international arena for over 25 years, developing a keen awareness and understanding of the Asian and European markets. Lorna has established an extensive record with successful growth companies demonstrating perceptive and versatile business skills as a problem solver in supporting or leading operations to develop and achieve strategic aspirations under difficult conditions. Sharon is a senior financial executive with over thirty years of business experience. Her expertise encompasses high technology, real estate, and aerospace. The positions have spanned public and private companies, from start-up and growth companies to workout or turnaround situations. Her responsibilities have included financial reporting, budgeting and planning, business development, and operational and administrative responsibilities. She is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance and administration with a proven track record of developing systems and strategies that improve profitability and manage growth. Ms. Warren is accustomed to profit and loss responsibility for small to large domestic and international organizations. She possesses expertise in several industries including manufacturing and services. Ms. Warren has demonstrated skills in leading and directing activities in finance, accounting and administration as well as human resources, management information systems, warehousing & distribution, facilities, importing/exporting and quality & regulatory control.
